You built the audience. We build the business behind it.
Most creators are one product away from an actual company — and that product never gets built, because building it is a full-time operational job. We do that job, fund it, and share in what it earns.
An audience is not a business until something is for sale
You already did the hard part. You showed up consistently, built trust in a specific subject, and gathered an audience that asks you questions in the comments — questions that are, if you read them properly, a market research document.
What usually happens next is nothing. Brand deals pay once and stop. Platform revenue moves with an algorithm you do not control. And the obvious answer — build your own product — means becoming a product manager, a copywriter, a funnel builder, a payments administrator, a customer support desk and a media buyer, none of which is why you started making content.
That operational load is the entire reason the product never ships. It is also exactly what we do for a living.
The whole operation, not the strategy deck
Six functions you would otherwise have to hire for, staffed by the people who have already built this before.
Offer design
We go through your content, your comments and your audience's actual questions to work out what they would pay to learn — and what they would not.
Product build
The curriculum, the materials, the recording structure, the workbooks. You supply the expertise in structured sessions; we turn it into a finished product.
Sales page & funnel
Positioning, copy, page build, upsell and email sequence. The whole path from first click to purchase, written and built by us.
Payments & delivery
Checkout, payment processing, course delivery platform and the operational plumbing that nobody enjoys setting up.
Paid amplification
This is the part most partners cannot do. Once the funnel converts organically, we put paid media behind it and take the offer to audiences beyond your own.
Ongoing operations
Customer support, iteration on the product, testing new angles and maintaining the funnel as the market moves. It does not stop at launch.
Four stages, defined in writing
Everything commercial is agreed before the work starts. No surprises at month six.
-
Conversation
A direct call about your audience, your subject and what they keep asking you for. No pitch deck. We are working out whether there is a real offer here.
-
Blueprint
We come back with a specific proposal: the product, the positioning, the price, the funnel structure and the commercial terms — in writing, before anyone commits.
-
Build
Structured sessions to extract your expertise, then we produce everything else. You review at defined checkpoints; you do not manage the build.
-
Launch & scale
Live to your audience first. Once the numbers hold, we layer paid traffic on top and grow the business beyond the people who already follow you.
A fit looks like this
- An engaged audience built around a specific subject, not general lifestyle content
- Real expertise your audience already asks you to teach
- Nothing substantial currently for sale, or a product that never got the operation it needed
- Willingness to commit focused time in the build phase
- Comfortable with a long-term partnership rather than a one-off project
We take on very few of these
A partnership like this is a multi-year commitment on our side, funded upfront and paid only if it works. That limits how many we can run at once, so we are deliberate about who we take on.
What we are looking for is not scale for its own sake. It is a creator with genuine subject authority, an audience that trusts them on that subject, and the willingness to be properly involved in the first phase. If that is you, the conversation is worth having even if the timing is not right yet.
If it is not, we will tell you plainly rather than take the deal and underdeliver.
What we will not tell you
We do not publish income figures, revenue screenshots or projected earnings, and we will not give you a number on a first call. Any outcome depends entirely on your audience, your subject, the offer and the market — and anyone who tells you otherwise before doing the work is selling you something.
This is a business partnership with commercial risk on both sides. Please read our Earnings Disclaimer before applying.
Creator partnerships, answered
What does the partnership actually cost me?
Nothing upfront in the standard structure. We fund and build the product and the infrastructure, and we take an agreed share of the revenue it generates. If it does not sell, we do not get paid. Where a creator prefers a fee-based build with no revenue share, we can structure it that way instead.
Who owns the product at the end?
That is agreed in writing before we start, and it varies by deal. In most partnerships the creator owns the brand and the customer relationship; we hold a revenue interest for a defined term. We would rather negotiate that clearly at the beginning than discover a disagreement at month nine.
How big does my audience need to be?
Engagement matters more than follower count. A focused audience of twenty thousand people who came for one specific topic is usually a better foundation than a general audience ten times the size. If you are unsure, ask — we will give you an honest read.
How much of my time does this take?
The expertise has to come from you, so expect a meaningful block of time in the first few weeks — structured sessions where we extract what you know. After launch the ongoing ask is small: you keep making content, and we handle the product, the funnel, the support and the traffic.
What kind of products do you build?
Typically structured digital products — courses, programmes, templates, memberships, community offerings — chosen from what your audience already asks you for. The format follows the demand rather than the other way round.
Do you guarantee results?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Outcomes depend on the audience, the topic, the offer and the market. We commit to the work and to the standard of it. We do not publish or promise income figures.
Think your audience is ready for this?
Tell us what you make content about, roughly how large and engaged your audience is, and what they keep asking you for. That is enough for us to give you a straight answer.
