This website is operated by Lekito Marketing Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada (“Lekito Marketing”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a limited liability company registered in Costa Rica with its registered office at 200 metros Este y 50 metros Norte del Ministerio de Economía, Industria y Comercio, Tibás, San José, 11303, Costa Rica.

By accessing or using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site.
We may amend these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you access the site is the version that applies. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
3. Nature of the information on this site
This website describes our services and our company. It is provided for general information only. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, a contract, or professional advice of any kind, and nothing here should be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional in your own jurisdiction.
Any engagement between Lekito Marketing and a client, advertiser, network or creator partner is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Descriptions of services on this website are indicative and do not form part of any such agreement.
4. No guarantee of results
Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including the quality of the product or offer, the market, the competitive environment, and the policies and algorithms of third-party advertising platforms. We do not guarantee any particular result, level of performance, revenue or return.

5. No products sold through this website
This website is a corporate website. It does not sell any product or service to consumers, does not take consumer orders and does not process consumer payments. It describes services provided to businesses — advertisers, affiliate networks and content creators.
Lekito Marketing operates as a media buyer and affiliate. We are compensated on a commission basis by advertisers and affiliate networks when campaigns we run produce a sale or a qualified lead. We do not manufacture, own, stock, ship, sell or support the products featured in those campaigns, and we are not the seller or merchant of record for any of them.
Refunds, cancellations, billing disputes, shipping, product support and warranties for any advertised product are the responsibility of the seller identified at the point of sale and on your payment statement — not of Lekito Marketing, which has no access to those systems and cannot act on them. Where this website refers to categories such as health and wellness, supplements, financial services, insurance or consumer products, those references describe the verticals in which we buy media on behalf of advertisers. They do not describe products owned, formulated, supplied or warranted by us.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website:
- in any way that breaches applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
- to transmit or procure the sending of unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material;
- to knowingly transmit any material that contains viruses, trojans, worms or other malicious code;
- to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server on which it is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to it;
- to scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or data from the site without our prior written consent.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, layout, graphics, illustrations, logos, and the design and arrangement of the site — is owned by or licensed to Lekito Marketing and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

In particular we are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of anticipated savings.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Availability
We do not guarantee that this website, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of the site for business and operational reasons without notice.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. The courts of Costa Rica shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, save that we retain the right to bring proceedings in the jurisdiction in which a user is domiciled where required to protect our rights.
12. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
